Withdraw from a purchase

If you live in the EU (or another country that gives the same right), you can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason. Send your statement with the form below. We e-mail you a copy with the date and time we received it.

Where the withdrawal applies, the payment is refunded to the card you paid with. Payments for Pure Memorial are handled by Polar, the seller of record, which makes the refund and sends its receipt. Whether and how much is refunded follows the law of your country and our Terms of Service.

Only want Premium not to renew?

That's cancelling, not withdrawing: Premium stays on until the end of the period you paid for, and nothing more is charged. Cancel any time in Plan & billing → Manage subscription.

Preferably the one you paid with, so we can find the payment.
